Bu Kullanım Şartları; DuelEng mobil uygulamasına, çevrim içi servislerine, ranked maçlara, odalara, sohbete, ödüllere, premium aboneliklere ve ilgili özelliklere erişiminizi ve kullanımınızı düzenler.
DuelEng, Türkiye'de kurulu bir şahıs işletmesi tarafından işletilir. Bize support@dueleng.com adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz.
1. Kullanım Yaşı
DuelEng 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar için tasarlanmıştır. 13 yaş altındaki kullanıcılar DuelEng'i yalnızca ebeveyn, yasal vasi veya okul onayı ve gözetimiyle kullanabilir.
Bulunduğunuz ülkede reşit değilseniz, ebeveyninizin veya yasal vasinizin bu Şartları sizin adınıza inceleyip kabul ettiğini beyan etmiş olursunuz.
2. Hesap
E-posta ve şifre, Apple ile Giriş veya desteklediğimiz başka bir yöntemle giriş yapabilirsiniz. Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden ve hesabınız altında yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
Ödülleri, sıralamaları, eşleşmeleri, premium erişimi veya diğer sistemleri kötüye kullanmak için hesap oluşturamazsınız.
3. Öğrenme İçeriği
DuelEng; kelime çalışmaları, alıştırmalar, tekrarlar, mistakes pratiği, paketler, ligler ve öğrenme ilerleme araçları sunar. İçeriği doğru ve faydalı tutmaya çalışırız ancak her kelime, çeviri, ipucu, örnek veya dersin hatasız olduğunu garanti etmeyiz.
DuelEng bir eğitim aracıdır; resmi eğitim, sınav, profesyonel çeviri veya dil sertifikası yerine geçmez.
4. Canlar, XP, Ranked Maçlar ve Ödüller
DuelEng; can, XP, seri, rozet, ranked maç, lig, görev ve reklam ödülü gibi oyunlaştırma sistemleri içerir. Bu sistemlerin nakit değeri yoktur.
Hile yapamaz, açıkları kötüye kullanamaz, ağ isteklerini manipüle edemez, otomasyonla ödül kazanamaz, hesap satamaz, eşleşmeye müdahale edemez veya skor, XP, lig puanı, abonelik ya da ödül bakiyesini değiştirmeye çalışamazsınız.
Kötüye kullanım, hata, dolandırıcılık veya teknik arıza şüphesi varsa ilerleme, XP, can, ödül, sıralama, lig veya rozetleri düzeltebilir, kaldırabilir veya sıfırlayabiliriz.
5. Odalar, Arkadaşlar ve Sohbet
DuelEng arkadaş ekleme, odaya davet, başkalarıyla oynama ve mesajlaşma özellikleri sunabilir. Gönderdiğiniz veya paylaştığınız içerikten siz sorumlusunuz.
Taciz, tehdit, spam, kimliğe bürünme, yasa dışı içerik, nefret söylemi, çocukların istismarı, özel bilgi paylaşımı veya başkalarına zarar verme amacıyla DuelEng'i kullanamazsınız.
Kullanıcılar diğer kullanıcıları engelleyebilir. Kullanıcıları ve servisi korumak için moderasyon, raporlama, filtreleme ve hesap kısıtlamaları ekleyebiliriz.
6. Premium Abonelikler
DuelEng, Apple Uygulama İçi Satın Alma üzerinden aylık ve yıllık premium abonelikler sunabilir. Fiyatlar, özellikler, deneme imkanı ve abonelik şartları ülkeye ve platforma göre değişebilir.
Abonelikler Apple ID'nize yansıtılır ve mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir. Abonelikleri App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
DuelEng hesabınızı silmeniz veya uygulamayı kaldırmanız Apple aboneliğinizi otomatik iptal etmez. Aboneliği Apple üzerinden ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekir.
Premium özellikleri zamanla değişebilir. Aktif abonelik sırasında temel ücretli erişimi makul bir alternatif veya gerekli bildirim olmadan kasıtlı olarak kaldırmamaya çalışırız.
7. Reklamlar ve Ödüllü Reklamlar
DuelEng reklam gösterebilir ve ödüllü reklam izledikten sonra can gibi uygulama içi ödüller verebilir. Ödül teslimi üçüncü taraf reklam doğrulamasına ve ağ durumuna bağlı olabilir.
Reklam ödüllerinin nakit değeri yoktur ve doğrulama başarısız olursa, dolandırıcılık şüphesi varsa veya teknik hata oluşursa gecikebilir, sınırlanabilir, reddedilebilir veya düzeltilebilir.
8. Satın Almalar, İadeler ve Geri Yükleme
iOS satın almalarında ödeme, vergi, iptal ve iade süreçlerini Apple yönetir. İade talepleri, aksi gerekmedikçe Apple üzerinden yapılmalıdır.
Uygulamayı yeniden kurarsanız veya cihaz değiştirirseniz, uygun premium erişimi Apple ID'nizle geri yükleme özelliği üzerinden kurtarabilirsiniz.
9. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Şunları yapamazsınız:
- güvenlik, oran limitleri, ödeme kontrolleri, reklam doğrulaması veya hile önleme sistemlerini aşmak;
- içerikleri toplu şekilde kopyalamak, kazımak veya dışa aktarmak;
- haksız ödül veya sıralama için bot, script, emülatör veya otomasyon kullanmak;
- sunuculara, API'lere, eşleşmeye, odalara, sohbete veya diğer kullanıcılara müdahale etmek;
- zararlı, yasa dışı, taciz edici veya hak ihlali oluşturan içerik göndermek.
10. Hesabın Askıya Alınması, Raporlama ve Yaptırımlar
DuelEng, kullanıcıların sohbet, arkadaşlık, oda daveti ve diğer sosyal etkileşimlerde uygunsuz içerik veya davranışı uygulama içinden raporlamasına izin verir. Bir rapor gönderildiğinde seçilen mesaj, yakın sohbet bağlamı, rapor nedeni ve açıklama güvenlik incelemesi için kaydedilebilir.
Kuralları ihlal eden hesaplara ihlalin niteliğine göre uyarı, sohbet susturma, sosyal özellikleri kısıtlama, geçici askıya alma, kalıcı hesap kapatma veya ban, lig/ranked puanı düzeltme ya da ilgili içeriği kaldırma gibi yaptırımlar uygulanabilir.
Premium kullanıcılar da aynı kurallara tabidir. Moderasyon yaptırımı aboneliği otomatik iptal etmez ve App Store üzerinden iade hakkı oluşturmaz. Abonelik yönetimi ve iade talepleri Apple'ın ilgili süreçleri üzerinden yürütülür.

DuelEng'i kullanmayı istediğiniz zaman bırakabilirsiniz. Hesap silme talebini Gizlilik Politikamızda veya hesap silme sayfamızda açıklandığı şekilde iletebilirsiniz.
11. Fikri Mülkiyet
DuelEng'in tasarımı, markası, kodu, öğrenme içeriği, paketleri, metinleri, görselleri ve özellikleri DuelEng'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Size yalnızca kişisel, devredilemez ve sınırlı bir kullanım hakkı verilir.
DuelEng içeriklerini izinsiz kopyalayamaz, satamaz, yeniden dağıtamaz veya rakip veri setleri oluşturamazsınız.
12. Üçüncü Taraf Servisler
DuelEng; Apple, Google AdMob, Google Workspace, hosting sağlayıcıları, ödeme doğrulama, push bildirimi ve e-posta servisleri gibi üçüncü tarafları kullanabilir. Bu servislerin kendi şartları ve politikaları da geçerli olabilir.
13. Garanti Reddi
DuelEng "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur. Kesintisiz servis, hatasız içerik, kusursuz çeviri, sürekli eşleşme veya uygulamanın her zaman beklentinizi karşılayacağını garanti etmeyiz.
14. Sorumluluk Sınırı
Kanunen izin verilen en geniş ölçüde DuelEng; dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zararlardan, veri/ilerleme/kâr kaybından, üçüncü taraf platform kaynaklı abonelik sorunlarından veya servis kesintilerinden sorumlu değildir.
15. Değişiklikler
Bu Şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama, web sitesi veya makul başka bir yöntemle bildirim yaparız. Değişikliklerden sonra kullanıma devam etmeniz güncel Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

1. Eligibility
DuelEng is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 may use DuelEng only with the consent and supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or school.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms for you.
2. Account
You may sign in with email and password, Apple Sign In, or another method we support. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate account information and must not create accounts to abuse rewards, rankings, matchmaking, premium access, or other systems.
3. Learning Content
DuelEng provides vocabulary, exercises, reviews, mistakes practice, packs, leagues, and learning progress tools. We try to keep content accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that every word, translation, hint, example, or lesson is error-free.
DuelEng is an educational tool and does not replace formal instruction, exams, professional translation, or language certification.
4. Hearts, XP, Ranked Matches, and Rewards
DuelEng includes game-like systems such as hearts, XP, streaks, badges, ranked matches, leagues, quests, and ad rewards. These systems are part of the app experience and have no cash value.
You must not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate network requests, automate gameplay, farm rewards, sell accounts, interfere with matchmaking, or attempt to alter scores, XP, league points, subscriptions, or reward balances.
We may correct, remove, or reset progress, XP, hearts, rewards, rankings, leagues, or badges if we believe they were earned through abuse, error, fraud, or technical malfunction.
5. Rooms, Friends, and Chat
DuelEng may let you add friends, invite users to rooms, play with others, and send messages. You are responsible for what you send or share.
You must not harass, threaten, spam, impersonate, share illegal content, send hate speech, exploit minors, share private information, or use DuelEng to harm others.
Users can block other users. We may add moderation, reporting, filtering, and account restrictions to protect users and the service.
6. Premium Subscriptions
DuelEng may offer monthly and yearly premium subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Prices, features, trial availability, and subscription terms may vary by country and platform.
Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Deleting your DuelEng account or removing the app does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. You must cancel the subscription through Apple.
Premium features may include benefits such as fewer restrictions, additional learning access, or other features shown in the app. We may change premium features over time, but we will not intentionally remove core paid access during an active subscription without a reasonable replacement or notice where required.
7. Ads and Rewarded Ads
DuelEng may show ads and may let you earn in-app rewards, such as hearts, after viewing rewarded ads. Reward delivery can depend on third-party ad verification and network availability.
Ad rewards have no cash value and may be delayed, limited, rejected, or corrected if verification fails, fraud is suspected, or a technical error occurs.
8. Purchases, Refunds, and Restore
Apple handles payment processing, taxes, cancellation, and refunds for iOS purchases. Refund requests should be submitted through Apple unless we provide another method required by law.
If you reinstall the app or change devices, you may use restore purchase features where available to recover eligible premium access tied to your Apple ID.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- break or bypass security, rate limits, payment checks, ad verification, or anti-cheat systems;
- reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or mass-export content except where allowed by law;
- use bots, scripts, emulators, or automation to gain unfair rewards or rank;
- interfere with servers, APIs, matchmaking, rooms, chat, or other users;
- upload, send, or share harmful, illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
10. Suspension, Reporting, and Enforcement
DuelEng lets users report inappropriate content or behavior from chat, friends, room invitations, and other social features. When a report is submitted, the selected message, nearby conversation context, report reason, and user notes may be stored for safety review.
If an account violates these Terms, DuelEng may apply a warning, chat mute, social feature restriction, temporary suspension, permanent account closure or ban, ranked/league point correction, or content removal depending on severity.
Premium users are subject to the same rules. A moderation action does not automatically cancel a subscription or create an App Store refund. Subscription management and refund requests are handled through Apple's applicable processes.
You may appeal a decision by contacting support@dueleng.com.
You may stop using DuelEng at any time. You may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy or account deletion page.
11. Intellectual Property
DuelEng, including its design, branding, code, learning content, packs, text, graphics, and features, belongs to DuelEng or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app for learning and gameplay.
You may not copy, sell, redistribute, or create competing datasets from DuelEng content without permission.
12. Third-Party Services
DuelEng may use third-party services such as Apple, Google AdMob, Google Workspace, hosting providers, analytics, payment verification, push notification services, and email services. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
13. Disclaimers
DuelEng is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, perfect translations, continuous matchmaking, or that the app will always meet your expectations.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DuelEng will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost progress, lost profits, lost subscriptions caused by third-party platforms, or unavailable services.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, website, or another reasonable method. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
